I am in the market for a clutch and want to pick up a stage 4 competition clutch. I found a seller on ebay that sells these kits for 288 shipped. I want to order, it just seems weird because these things go for at 325-350 elsewhere. I just dont want to end up ordering a bootleg, fake product thats going to crap out on me. Any of you guys ever come across fake competion clutches? Thank in Advance for your response.

 

There is all sorts of fake crap out there, the only way to be sure you are getting what you pay for and manufactuers warranty is to buy from an authorized dealer.

Even if this is not a fake product, it may be a defective product, pulled and sold for salvage, even if it is not fake, and not defective, if the vendor is not an authorized dealer there will be no manufactuers warranty.

Most of the time that deal is no deal at all, pay the extra and buy from an authorized dealer, better yet, support your local authorized retailer. 94
