Default 95 gsr trans rebuild and adding LSD

My transmission isn't giving me any real issues but it has over 270k miles and my car is turbocharged. I want to do a rebuild using this kit
http://shop.synchrotech-transmission...SK-SYN101B.htm
And the add the MFactory LSD
http://shop.synchrotech-transmission...-R-LSD-B18.htm

The installation will be done by my master mechanic friend that works at Acura. Is there anything else I should look into replacing when I do the rebuild? This car isn't a track monster! I'm curious as to how do people achieve a high mph on a stock tranny

Carbon Synchros is the way to go.

Why is that? I was thinking the carbon synchros would be harsh on a vehicle since I drive it quite a bit

Gear engagement is not harsh with carbon synchros. its the same as with brass synchros just holds a lot better. especially when you are making a good amount of power. you don't want to get locked out of gear at high rpm.
