GA Atl area - 98 Prelude 5 speed 98% stock
1998 base model. 101K miles on the odometer. 98% stock. Only Invader style carbon fiber hood and new Pioneer front speakers are not stock. Original G-83P Eucalyptus Green Pearl paint. Previous owner broke the timing belt and a valve broke a piston. I bought the car in Sept. 2011 and replaced engine with 60K mile 97 model engine and head this past Summer. Runs perfect and strong - no oil leaks anywhere. All new gaskets. Original 5 speed shifts perfectly and is smooth as silk. No CEL, ABS or SRS faults. Nearly spotless interior and trunk. SH rims with red center caps and good tires. Everything on this car works down to the drivers window switch light (Yes, the A/C too!). NEEDS ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. A few bumps and bruises on the body but nothing unusual for a 98 model car. The common problems for 5 G Preludes have been fixed - no trunk leaks even in the heaviest downpour, inner door handles' chrome perfect, no sloppy wipers, EGR passages cleaned, front engine mount replaced (perfect insulator), no broken headlight mount tabs, no broken or cracked wires in the body to drivers door harness. Has always been a GA car.
