crower.com, brian makes stroker kits for these things, i asked about one for the d16a6 it was about 3 grand, half up front. Well as for everything else, im sure im telling you what you already know, just make everything as light as possible without compromising integra-ty(hehe, hehe). And high compression will do you good...thats about all i can do for ya. hope this helps
