Icon2 2002 Honda Civic EX Help

Hi all. Im new to the sight and have been reading around. I am looking at buying a 2002 Honda Civic Ex with a 1.7L 4cyl VTEC.
Im not a gear head and dont know much but i can learn fast. What do you all think about this car? I am looking for a car that gets good gas (24+/- city and 30+/-highway). Also i need to know if it has the capability now and in the future if i add some stuff to be able to get up and move. I have yet to buy so i am listing it as the guy has it listed.

d17a2 stock VTEC motor
120XXX miles
7 color Glowshift tinted boost gauge
HID lights
Full dynomax exhaust
38mm wastegate with an 8 pound spring, on an elbow
2.5" intercooler piping
blow off valve located in front by intercooler
golden eagle vacuum block
garrett t3 4 bolt 57trim big turbo
EMUSA turbo manifold
JDM intercooler
**He said that it was on a turbo d16 pushing 20+psi and it ran great
stock clutch
MINOR oil leak in rear main engine seal
he ran his own sub and wired it
aftermarket rims

He wants 6k. I need to know the goods and the bads of this car, and also what i listed before, and why? Is this car a good fit for me?Lastly, the oil leak, is that something big to be worried about?

Lowlife9 is correct. Get an unmodified car that way you can track all the mods and problems because you will be doing and causing them yourself. If it already has problems like that all leak (which may be fixed with a simple gasket chagne) there might also be more more expenses to follow shortly. Go stock then build

Thats all i read and I'm telling you not to buy it. haha. 20psi is kind of high to be saying it runs great. a great running car depends on what the driver defines what "great" is.
A minor oil leak means that the car is not, has not, and will not be running "great". this is probably because he's pushing 20 psi.

I also wouldn't recommend buying a modded car. Make sure it doesn't have a salvaged title.

one year ago i bought my 2001 honda civic ex for 4000 and since then i have put 7000 into in and just the other day i was driving to work at 8:00pm and i lost all power to my car including the dash, radio, headlights, brakes, power steering, etc. i was told that when i bought the car it had a small oil leak thats it.... since then new transmission, two timing belts and water pumps, 8 radiator caps, 8 thermastats, two radiators, a overheating fan, alternator (now going on the second one), head gasket, and i put in three bottles a month of coolant in my car.. so i know what ur talking about. I wouldnt do it its not worth blowing your money on to keep putting money into it.
