Icon6 2011 Si Shock problem

Hi all, I have a 2011 Si 4door with 38 thousand miles on it. I recently found out that my rear driver side shock blown and I need to replaced it. I didnt do anything stupid with the car, just normal daily driving. I just wanted to know if anyone out there have this issue? Should I replace it with oem parts or should I go with kyb? I want to keep the height of the car original. Thanks for your time.

Use OEM if you want to maintain the ride height. If you change just the one shock with aftermarket parts, the ride height will be affected and could be dangerous.

i would replace all 4 with HFP shocks if it were me for around 350ish and you will have SLIGHTLY lower ride height and better overall performance.
