From everything that has been posted/discussed over the past few years for the best back for your buck: (1)SMSP (2)Hytech anti-reversion (3)Toda.

I want to know which options must not exceed $ 800 and that provide proven performance, I watched Hytech, RMF, MegaPower, but not sure which of these is the best, and now is starting to give better performance by b18

Try a search. There hasn't been any "new" findings since about 2005 with the B-series motor. What worked best back then still works now.

Search the all motor section, lots of info as well as dyno charts there. But as Todd00 said, not much has really changed for the b-series. Just a whole lot of replicas flooding the market

IMO since you're on a budget i'd look at jdm itr header. Gets decent power and you can't beat the OEM look. Only issue with that header is ground clearance so watch out. After that DC 4-1, Skunk2.

A header won't do jack for you if you not using bigger cams. I rebuilt my ITR in stock form with head work with my 98spec ITR header and made 190whp with Stock ITR cams....I'm happy with the power, just remember better header needs bigger cams. When you search you will see alot of dyno sheet with name brand header on stock ITR hitting 186-192 hp. That's proof that you will **** away 1300 buck on header if that's all you get. Parts compliment each other you can't upgrade one thing without something else suffering in the motor. I use my ITR cams to conceal power for regulations .
