then i pulled the plug out...now the eclectrode was fine everything below threads were fine no water or rust..only in the plug tube and all over the boot were it connects to plug...now i havent washed my motor in about 6 months so any water would have evaporated so i think...it was still wet...which leads me to my next ? are there water jets that run in head along the plug tubes that could be cracked....i took of vc and checked...ill enclose a few pictures...pleasde help me

No "water jets", thew water is from the last time you washed the car, it will stay down there a long time because the plug lead pretty much seals the top when installed, T say "pretty much" because obviously not well enough to keep water out all the time.
Now after I wash the engine bay and engine I use an air blower to blow out any water and dry up any moisture down the tubes and on the plug leads. 94
