2 questions...

1) I'm swapping a b16a into a CRX, I'm on a serious budget, What are my exhaust choices?

2) I'm ordering my swap from hmo.com, it comes with the jdm mounts, will I need other mounts(HASport) to get the setup into my CRX?

Go to a muffler shop and have a cutom one done. If you swap comes with the stock exhaust manifold your stock exhaust will bolt up(serious budget only)

You will need a mount kit unless you know someone or a shop that has the know how to cut out your existing mounting points and then reweld them back in different spots in order to use the stock jdm mounts. To make life simple get the HCP kit or a Hasport knockoff.

 

Thanks!, Sorry for the 2nd Q, found the answer on the hybrid site after I posted. Where is good place to get the HASport mount kit from? What are some cheaper alternatives(without mixing-matching-welding stock ones)?

I was thinking of a pre-made brand name exhaust? Any suggestions?

As for the muffler shop? What is a good generic muffler, and does anyoen know of a shop in the San Diego area that would do a good job?

Am I correct in thinking for wiring a HF, all I would need to do is add an extra wire for the VTEC?

ebay!! (for mounts)

sombody on the FI board had a sale on Apexi N-1 and Dunk. I dunno if it is still valid but I think the listed price was $200 and under.
