Icon6 89 crx hf -- Is it OBD1?

I have a crx hf i just bought.needs a bit of work but its got a sohc zc engine 1.6.the person said it was obd1 conversion but idk how i can tell if thats true?i want to just buy an si harness and take out watever it is they modified cus it looks like crap and wires everywhere.there is no check engine light on and everything seems to work fine.i guess its running with a p06 ecu also.wat should i do.

P06 ECU = OBD1

This may not be ideal but if there's nothing wrong with the way it runs and it's literally just wires everywhere (no splices/butt connectors/etc) you can just buy some wire loom and clean it up.

If it runs fine and is reliable. Drive it. If it isnt broke, dont fix it. Ive learned that time and time again in the past.

No, no, no. See, you take a reliable car, then mod the **** out of it, then when it breaks, jerry-rig it, then when breaks more, cut the springs and then sell it to a 16 year old kid because its stanced all madtyteJDM YO!

Thanks guys.i bought this car for it to b my daily driver for work.but i also want it to look nice.ill post up pictures of progress.

I would say at least clean the wires up with some black loom and electrical tape, make sure there aren't any loose connections. Its true to say "if its not broke, don't fix it" but....you can always make it better the right way

Thats y i wana make it better the right way.would buying the internal harness from an si work for my hf?
