My 99 accord ex F22 Vtec has 235,000 miles. Was a one owner when I bought it, in great condition considering its age and mileage. She still runs powerfully and smooth but its still time for something else.
** Is it possible to swap the stock 99 Accord F22 Vtec 5spd. for a RSX K20 6 spd**

If you want to do a K swap. I would suggest looking into the K24 w/6spd trans. That engine is much better suited to your chassis than a K20. Also your 99 Accord should have an F23 VTEC. It is a step up from the 5th gen F22B engines. If you want to do a simple swap with good power. Stick to the F23 and boost it.
