want to get new and brighter headlight bulbs so i went online to advance auto parts and for my 98 civic hatch its got these here bulbs that are fairly big and have 3 large connectors on them

chose those cause they have the same lumins as the bluish ones and the bluish ultras so same lumins minus the bluish film i would asume means brighter. and there 10/20 bucks cheaper than the other 2 (links to them below there like the same bulbs but looks like more and more blue tint was added i dont know)

anyway..... the headlight i got in there now is that little tiny itsy bitsy h3 bulb with the little wire that comes on it.

sooooooo what do i do get new h3 ones or find out how to hook up the big ones that advances websight says are sapost to fit my car.

 

anyone? was mine converted to h3 or what if so can i convert back? or was that a stock option and if so can i make the ones linked fit?

 

Convert it back it has 3 wires
two for normal setting
and the third wire triggers the high beam

 

Do you have OEM headlights? When I switched to projector lights, they used the tiny lights you mention

 

ya there after market.

dam y do ppl have to buy **** and convert everything.

i dont see how an itsy bitsy little bulb would ever seam like a better option.
