Default 00 GS-R with Chipped OBD1 ECU No Power.

I googled but it is difficult to find an something with the same kind of set ups and symptoms.

The car has new piston rings, all new gaskets, new valve stem seals, new dizzy, new spark plugs, and a few new tranny parts.

I don't know what kind of chip/tune it has. It starts up and idles great. If the car is cold, it drives almost as well as it should. If the car is warmed up, no low end power. I have to rev it off the clutch at above 2500 RPM. It doesn't bog down so much as it just doesn't accelerate. Once I'm above 2500 rpm in any gear there is enough power (although it's still lacking). Is this a fuel issue? Should I try a new ECU?

Try a known good OEM ECU and diagnose from there.

Your problem is that you don't even know what map is on there. I wouldn't even be driving it if I were you

That was kind of my initial thought. I want it to pass emissions too so I will have to find an OBD2 one and either disable the immobilizer or get keys made ($$)

Is there a way to find these problems without driving the car? Don't be ridiculous...
