since you have a itr swap, did you convert the iac from the dx/cx harness to a two pin plug? what ecu are you running, I had this problem because it was originally 3 wires and I had to convert to 2 wires and repin the ecu correctly.

I'm pretty sure my buddy did that he runs the performance shop here cuz I had to have him do some re wiring on my cx harness to operate it properly for vtec n what not before this swap I had an Ls in it. As far as the ecu goes Im running a p30 with a basemap for an itr on it and its ran like a monster for the last couple months n still does but now that idle thing is giving me a problem. I tried the iacv trick where u get car warm n unplug it n it bogged down a lil but kept running so Im not sure what's up

Hmm next step is fast idle control valve or air bubbles in coolant

you said it has a basemap for itr? Does it look for the o2 sensor? If not most likely your a/f ratio is out of wack due to anything from a vacuum leak to an injector problem

Thats interesting I not sure I'll have to check the code I'm throwing but it may not be looking for an o2 n if its not looking for it how to a go about fixing the air fuel ratio problem ?
