my horn in my hatch isnt working.... i pulled the horn and tested it with spare battery and it works... i changed the steering wheel and horns buttons out with newer model. i also followed the wiring from the horn all the way to the firewall and there is no cuts or tears in the wiring... checked the fuse under the hood and its good as well.. does anyone know some advice to thro my way to help me get my horn fixed to get it inspected pleaseeeeeeee

 

Maybe could be a bad ground since you said the horn works and the fuse is good did you Check for power with multimeter

 

You swapped the wheel out with what exactly?

 

i put in a friends 98 civic steering wheel in, and his horn worked when it was in his car.. just trying to narrow down the problem
