Okay... I've searched and searched and still haven't found a reasonable option. I picked up a f20b relatively cheap and its a go But I want to keep it emissions legal. What do I need to do to achieve this?

Okay. Its a f20b dohc vtec manual version, planning to swap it into a 1998 Acura Cl which currently has the f23a. I live in north Carolina and I need to pass the obd2 diagnostic emissions inspection. Saftey wise the car will be okay. But it needs to pass I guess u would call it smog check it has to have functioning CEL and illuminate when it detects a problem. I wanted to do an h22 but an f20b for 250$ was ALOT cheaper than $2000 .
