hey guys i got a 91 hatch si. i bought it from my brother and this part under the steering wheel is all broken and i wanna know how to fix it here are some pics

 

Wow. He butchered that dash. Why the hell did he cut the middle piece?

That area of the dash is for the sunroof and Fog light switches.

How much would a new dash cost at your local scrap yard? because I don't you can 'fix' that.

 

Yea man, ur eat bet is to find that trim piece and use CA glue, but even than that might break loose when u turn on/open fog lights/sunroof. :/ bad hit bro.
