Cigarette/Accesory Socket Has No Power
I don't get power from the cigarette/accessory power outlet on my 1997 Civic dx. I checked the fuse (fifth fuse from left in the top row) and it was good. I then unhooked the socket from the connector and attached an ohmeter directly to the legs on the wiring socket and didn't get any voltage. I looked over the terminals and they looked clean.
There are two relays in the interior fusebox and another socket which had a rubber plug/seal over it.
I'd like to know which of these relays are for the power socket to I can test them and/or any other ideas besides a broken wire.
TIA

The accessory outlet is not controlled by a relay. Remove the outlet to see whether the power and ground wires are disconnected.
Also voltage test the fuse. Click the Fuses link in my signature.
