Default Car stumbles in low rpm Help Please

First off I have 99-00 civic si turbo. The car stumbles in low rpm 1st and 2nd gear the car starts to buck. It also has no throttle response sometimes then it kicks in. I just changed tpsb2 days ago and still having the issue. Could it still be tps?

I assume you're running a tuned ecu. Is your knock sensor disabled ?

Did you calibrate the TPS or just throw it on ? You should know you need to calibrate it properly to .45 - .50 closed and 4.5 wide open.
