No. You can run without it, but it's gonna be a pain to steer.

it's only harder if the wheels arent rolling like when you're parallel parking. once you get moving it's easy to steer

only girly men complain about not having PS though

Ok I feel u cause rite now its not hooked up an it steer easy now I dont think imma hook it backup tho I really dont care for p/s?
