Craigslist buy help asap
seats are shot. high mile body. tweaked front end, engine has unknown compression and unknown vacuum numbers
you at best have a $1500 car sitting there, personally i wouldn't pay more than 800
there's no way that car would part for 2250 and parts is all these old high milers are worth. most wind up selling for part out value which is why condition is everything.
if the seats were mint you would have $400, as they sit, you have $50
if the engine was a jdm swap, all stock with papers and a recent compression test. $1000-1400 right there, what you have? maybe $250-400 depending on trans condition
car needs paint. can't see the frame to see if it's tweaked.
would not buy that car unless youre flat broke and want one.
still, 1500 max. too many better deals exist. i've came across jdm ls swapped integras with clean paint and no frame damage for 2000
the other thing is you're looking at a car that attracts scum. 90s hondas in general are famous for garbage owners. you either want a guy who has one that's late 20s to early 30s that's just tired of the car or a family owned commuter. what you don't want is an apartment living honda for life guy. that's code for beat to ****
