hey guys i gotta 94 integra with a gsr swap, car ran mint put about 500 miles on her, then recently i sent my valve cover and a few things out to get powdercoated. car sat for about two weeks, when i did get my stuff back i was eager to put it on, but when i went to start my car.... it just cranks and cranks and cranks no start...

-i can hear the fuel pump relay working
-i get over 40psi at the rail
-I check for spark and its VERY WEAK


cap rotor and coil are all have 500 miles on them
all grounds were checked and are fine

Anybody run into this problem?

Any ideas?

could my alarm be causing this?
could my ECU be bad, its p28 w/ s300 from phearable.net less then 20 miles on it
could my coil just be weak and need to be replacing?

 

Have you tested anything besides for spark? Trouble shoot is the only way to find out. I would start with one thing and eliminate

 

Make sure you have the spark plug wires connected to the distributor in the right order.

 

Weak spark, most likely either coil or ICM, [igniter].

I would check the connections to the coil and ICM also.94

 

Battery voltage below 9.6 volts will not allow car to start assuming you didnt have a battery tender on for the 2 weeks the alternator was not charging battery. Put a battery charger on slow trickle charge or jump it and let it run for a bit.
