just thought i.d share with you some of my friends cars over here in ireland we are slowly starting to catch up on you guys power wise but in fairness we do have some sweet cars for such a tiny country ! over here we dont have huge tuning shops all the best work is done in tiny garages in the late of night and the time and effort that goes into some of them is amazing. hope you enjoy the pictures and videos



first off is my friend taylors eg6 fully built all motor 1800 currently one of the fastest b series in the country daily driver to all built an mapped by himself







next is a 96 spec itr really nice car seriously quick has won a few drag events few very rare parts on this to only a handful of properly clean jdm itrs remain in ireland this being one of them







next is a k24 ek9 currently just being finshed being built built will be a street a drag car real nice set up past engine was a built toda 2.1 with a full skunk 2 head so will be interesting to see how the new engine does







this is a fully built 1600 ek4 sir car has just received a full respray and basically a nut an bolt rebuild currently waiting on a fully built all motor 1600 to be finished then it should be back out to hit the stip and hopefully be the fastest 1600 in ireland







another 96 spec itr an a spotless one at that this car was one of the fastest itrs in ireland an prob still is owned buy a girl who put many lads to shame !





a y56 itr on regamasters soon to have a fully built all motor 1800 put in yellow itrs a very rare over here there could be only 5 in the whole country






next is possibly the best honda in ireland if not europe . the quality of work on the front end is unreal an it can move to with a 1800 with pct civic type r pistons and a host of other parts make this a very special car ! here a little video of the car also








black 98 spec itr again one of only a handful of black ones in the country this being in excellent condition. spoon brakes j titanuin catback mugen airbox this car has only the best of parts





next are two ek9.s his first one was the black ek9 but having owned the car for some time he wanted a change an found the silver one parked up so swapped all the nice bits over . he also wanted nobody else to have this black shell so it might be a waste but the black shell was scrapped !! silver ek9 has some very very nice bits on it to !










next is my own eg6 i own this car 5 years an enjoy everday of it always puts a smile on my face have plans to go boost just need to find the time and stop spending my money







a real nice milano red ukdm itr . there are lots of these over here but most are rusty and not very clean this is a real good low milage example very standard bar a few slight mods








next is something i dont know if you have in the states its a jdm ek3 virs bascially its ek4 with a d15b engine . they come with sir hubs suspension interior plus a few other nice touches like ctr light and lips this one has a 5 stood conversion and an 1800 from a jdm itr






another 98 spec itr this one full of spoon parts to and full of carbon !








probably the fastest fwd honda in ireland engine was in a 96 spec itr then rebuilt an put into this freshly painted eg the person who owns this could only be described as a hero in the honda scene in ireland. When his itr was na it was the quickest one in the country he has always being at the front of the drag scene in this little island








finally a real nice and very fast 1600 ef sir crx this car is currently the fastest na 1600 in ireland engine remains unbuilt just a set of itr cams and a good map to make the most of a very very light shell !!









with ireland being so small ( 5 million inhabitants ) your only at most 4 hours away from the furthest point, the honda scene over here is a very tight net community we all know each other well and enjoy going racing or hitting the strip together . as you can also see its mostly all motor over here although there is an ever increasing number of boosted hondas being built i think we all hope some day we can have a few 10 second hondas driving the steets of ireland! here is a little video of a drag event that is held every year on an airstrip in ireland it gives you an idea of what its like over here an a bit of off the strip racing at the end enjoy
