I think this is the 6MT in the 8th and 9th generation Accord Coupes with the v6.

Looks like a drop in to me, even the shims and everything look identical. The only difference appears to be that the diff and final gear are sold as one unit with the Accord and it is separated in the Acura. Looks like the LSD would bolt to the stock Accord final gear.

Can somebody with tranny knowledge comment? Has anyone done this mod?
