CEL pops up during high rev
1998 ek jdm b16a swap gsr transmission:
When i shift during high revs mainly towards 5th gear rpm at 4
CEL pops up and cant pull the codes because the code go away after car is off
I heard its because its not getting enough oil, ex:something like when vtec hits CEL pops up.
is this true any info or tips, thank you!

Ok here is the codes im getting which is 17 i may believe but i also recorded it just to make sure im reading this CEL right. Please review it thank you!

I believe you have two codes. 10 and 7. IAT and TPS. I happen to have a frequent code 10 in the past during high revs. I presume the engine is vibrating at a high frequency during revving and shaking the connectors. Clean the connector contacts and press it in tightly. For TPS, check the voltages from idle to full throttle. Adjust if not within specs.

It's agreed he has the wrong ECU but having the P28 on a b16a won't cause either of his codes. You either have plugs swapped, missing or broken sensors, or bad wiring to those sensors. Also no offense but you should have just had one thread concerning all your issues so far. You have like 3 or more open threads concerning all your issues which if you had just had continuity on your swap a lot of questions could have been answers and resolved quicker.
^^You're right. During this swap many issues have been reported piecemeal from a non-calibrated TPS to wrong ECU.
Can you report in their entirety the COMPLETE list of known issues you are having so people can be better prepared to help you diagnose your them? Is your harness complete? Hacked up? Sensors missing (as stated) or not plugged up? This would include any issues that occurred from your auto to manual swap.
