H22 head on f22b block

H22 head on f22b block
I was wondering if a h22 head will fit on a f22b block if so what all has to be done to do the swap or will it just bolt right on and go. Also wondering if the swap is worth doing is it a big power gain?

Just swap an H in it.
Otherwise
H head
H timing gear
Hybrid H/F water tube
H waterpump pulley pressed on F pump
If B1, wiring and oil already there for vtec, so is spool plug. PnP :O)
