First Teg, '96 LS/VTec, few ?'s
I just got a 'new' Integra (first Acura ever), it's a 1996 with an LS/Vtec (B18B1). It has a Megan 4-1 header, HKS Hi-Power exhaust, Spectra intake (never heard of that), coilovers, 98-01 front bumper conversion, and the original tan interior has been mostly replaced with black/leather.
Now, I know these questions have likely been asked before, but I couldn't find them on here, and I want to get past this 5 posts trial thing. So, here goes.
First, my power steering is not working at all. The pump is installed, belt also, and it has fluid. My thought is it needs a new pump, and I was mainly wondering how much of an undertaking that is going to be. Doesn't seem like it will be much, but if there's any helping hints or trending issues that arise, a heads up would be great.
Second, the speedometer is off. It seems to be about 7 mph above the actual speed or so, since I was reading 62 while my girlfriend was doing 55 in a 2010 Civic, which I'm 99.9% sure is accurate. I have no idea why it would be off, the wheels are GSR wheels, with factory sized tires.
Next, my SRS and seatbelt lights are both on. I have tried securing and unsecuring the belts, but nothing happens. No idea what causes that.
Another thing, how much of a project would replacing all weather sealing and the seals around the front/rear wind screens be? All of them seem to have been damaged somehow.
And lastly, the front bumper conversion was done with the clear lowbeam/yellow high beams. Unfortunately, they suck, and seem to be pointed at the ground 5 feet in front of the car. I cannot seem to figure out how to adjust/aim them differently, and as I live in a place with more deer than people, this is an issue.
Any info/advice/thoughts would be appreciated.

Not sure if this is what you're looking for on the headlight adjustment part but if it is here you go and if not my bad.

replacing the liner around the windshields (front and rear) isn't that hard. buy your new stripping, and rip out the old stuff cleaning any residue with goof off. just be careful not to pry any dark sealant out (thats what holds the glass in). and finally when reinstalling just use outdoor clear silicone caulking (from lowes/home depot). make sure you clean any overspill/residue as it will leave nasty looking scaly marks around the glass
New power steering pump.
Are you sure the tire outside diameter is the same as stock?
You will need a scanner to check SRS and seat belt lights staying on, the seat belt I think is nothing more then a problem with the belt switch, have you checked to see if it is unplugged.
An SRS light indicates a problem with the SRS system, are both bags plugged in, do all the steering wheel controls work, [horn and CC switches] could be a bad "clock spring".
The front and rear glass is held in place with "window weld" a "promoter" is needed to get the window weld to work, although doable, it is not realy a DIY thing, this may help...http://www.automedia.com/Professiona...cr20050801wi/1.
If you are talking about the trim...2, 3, 5, 6, 7 and the assorted clips...

And 2, 4, 5 and assorted clips...

They are almost impossible to do unless done at the same time glass is installed, unless as mentioned, silicone is used, in place of most of the clips.
For the head lights, the link Seankuhh1023 posted. 94

Thanks a lot, definitely helped out with a couple things. Tire size is incorrect at 205/50-15 on the front. Headlights are a nighmare, and the links for the stripping are what I need. Got a new P/S pump, now i just need a new pulley and install should be cake.
