Default extended lower ball joints with stock height

Hello,
Has anyone had any experience running extended lower ball joints with stock-height suspension? i have to replace all the ball joints in my front end, so ill use honda tie rod ends, skunk2 upper control arms, and hoped to use BLOX extended lower ball joints, but set my ride height as high as possible for winter. anybody tried this yet?
