Here's some advice: Two things you shouldn't cheap out on when it come to your car; suspension; parts for the engine.
I don't trust any turbo kit under 3k.

true true all it would take is the turbo wheel to fail and shoot of into the motor causing destruction

Can't you get that car into the 14's N/A? Maybe a couple thousand for I/H/E and tuning? I am not familiar at all with these cars just assumed it was kind of similar to the K20 powered civic.

If you MUST go forced induction I suggest you pick up a turbo kit from a reputable company Like RevHard, GReddy, or Full Race. Make sure you get Kpro as well.

its not a must

ok NA it is then a cat back + extractors + a air intake and maybe even a small cam will do me justice

check out kelford for cams. they're based in new zealand and probably easier for you to get. the 179-a are a drop in cam and dont require upgraded valvetrain and have proven results.

14's is relatively simple with bolt on's and a tune. i have a lot done to mine and just barely broke 13's.

want cheap and reliable buy a supercharger not an ebay turbo kit.

But with the word boost you can't use the word cheap.
