Today when I was going to work at 7:30 am an Opel/Vauxhall driver crashed to me from behind a Stop sign. I was going around 55-60 km/h and ended up to a 4 wheel slide, that proceeded to a ditch and the car rolled over to its roof. I think its wrecked for sure. Glad i have a good insurance on it. But it is a sad day for me..... Time to start looking for a new ep3 i quess. Maybe the facelift model. Remember to wear seatbelts always when you drive! The R-recaros hug you nicely when you roll over.

What else there is to say. It is a sad day for me to lose my precious machine that I have taken care of better than anything in my life. Sometimes life just sucks and then someone crashes to you. There is nothing i could have done in the situation. Just tried to evade incoming traffic and rest is here in the pictures...

Sell me your Recaros

 

Sorry Insurance company will pay me the value of the car + some extra ( its nice to have a good insurance), so they will be the new owner of the vehicle and they will do what they want to with it. Most likely it will be sold to a scrap yard, stripped down for parts and rest will be scrapped. Sad sad sad

 

That's terrible. A similar thing happened to me in June; a guy ran a stop sign and took the front end off of my 2011 Civic Si. Insurance wrote it off.

The important thing is that you're OK. Cars, no matter how much we love them, can always be replaced.

Nah its written off by the insurance company. Looking for a 2004-2005 Type-R that is a facelift model. Should be all good. Atleast in Finland the insurance stuff works well I quess life goes on.

Here the insurance co. gives the option to buy back at scrap value. I want those wheels!

So, insurance stuff is settled now. Purchased a 2004 facelift Type-r Ill continue posting on the ep3 picture thread once i get everything settled :3 I´m a happy camper.
