Whats up HT,

So, i've been fooling around to find this information that I need, I want to do a H22A4 swap into my 96 Odyssey and stays automatic, the reason why I posted in here, because I know that 96 odyssey is basically got the same everything as 5th gen accord other than the body itself

I found some great info about doing this swap, because basically my 96 odyssey is the same chassis as 94-97 accord, and I know that I need mix and match the engine mount, and I'm able to use my F22B6 Auto tranny as well.

But now I got only 1 thing that stuck before doing this swap, which ECU that I need to use to make it run properly since H22A4 ECU from 97-01 prelude got Immobilizer built into it, so what I'm wondering is which ECU that I can run with this set up?

Note: this swap is going into 96 odyssey and stays automatic, since my wife will be using the van most of the time with the kids, and I am mechanically and electronically inclined and I have no problem doing all of this.

The P13 ECU out of the 96 Si VTEC Prelude does not have the IMMO in it. That year is the only OBD2 P13 ECU that does not have it. Unfortunately, they did not make the Si VTEC with an automatic in the US/Canada. Staying auto will be your biggest hurdle here.

You may have better luck trying to find something out of a JDM vehicle.

Are all JDM ECU doesnt have a built in TCU in it? doesnt matter OBD1 or 2?

Someone must know what I need to use, I just found out that 96 odyssey still using seperate TCU.

So basically all I need to know is which ECU that I can use on my OBD2 96 odyssey with H22A engine swap, ITS THE SAME AS OBD2 5TH GEN ACCORD, BUT STAYING AUTOMATIC.
