Default Any All Motor D16Y8's Out There??

Ive been thinking about doing some simple mods to my wifes D16y8 EK. Just wondering how far people are taking these motors?

I was interested in doing Cam, Valves, Springs/Retainers, Port/polish, and some kind of tune

If its your wifes daily driver, leave that thing alone and get good gas mileage. The most id do is simply bolt ons intake, header, and maybe a quiet exhaust set. Other than that no cam, and all that crap. Just leave it buddy.......

honestly in the NA dept. the SOHC is not the best for NA power. If you are looking for a lot of info join www.d-series.org this site is pretty much the best thing i ever came across when i was boosting my Y8

Waste of money. Dollar for dollar the LEAST cost effective means of trying to make your car make "powa". Honda Odyssey's and CRVs will still be faster than you.
