okay CRX started to feel like fuel pump was going out. I would put gas in it then it would run outextremy fast or felt like I was having a fuel pump issue. The car had problems prior to this but I'll get to that. I figured if it was the pump I can replace that myself. I drove the car about 12 miles very slowly to my mechanics house because I needed a few things. This is what he did to the car: replaced z6 head witha freshly machined one and a new gasket kit, chipped ECU, and ECU JUMPER HARNESS, replaced shocks, tie rod, dizzy, injectors and installed an obd0 to obd1 engine harness. When I went to pick up the car I came with a couple gallons of gas because of my pump issue. I put the gas in, started the car, no CEL, paid the man half now and was going to give him half later. (Thanks Dane) Got in the car made a couple turns then she slowly shut down. fuel pump didn't prime and CEL stayed on even when checking for codes. I towed the car home. Replaced the pump with a used working one...still no prime and CEL stays solid. 1991 CRX, d15b2, z6 head, converted from auto to manual.

Here are things I have already done:

Replaced main relay twice, cleaned all grounds, swapped out ECU for a known working one, made sure dizzy was straight..I am very frustrated with this and am losing hope. Anything and everything may help. And I know I have put a lot of money and time towards this car so please leave out all he comments of how stupid i am for doing so. Just stuff that may help. Thanks.
