Confused how it came off and ran over by cars on the freeway?

Was it even hooked up to the rest of the exhaust? Even if the o2 sensor was hooked up, the wires for o2 should have saved it from the freeway....

Perhaps you will learn and change the issue after the 2nd time?

This mentions nothing about customer support at all btw. I have their h22 header with a flex pipe and I have had no issues at all. Pretty sure this is your fault...

told everyone header sucks... last time i posted and everyone kept saying it was my fault... my header cracked within 2days after installing it brand new.. flex pipe or not should not crack/break like this... esp. when the header is this new... i sent mine back and those **** made me pay for the shipping there and back... cheap *** header became a 500 rip off... few more and could have bought a nice header that wont crack... i would have been fine if they'd paid half the shipping... but they didnt... but if u all look at ur logic/high end header there WELDS SUCK ***** so does there customer service

I have about 2000km on mine. No issues so far. I think its important to have the entire exhaust hooked up with the rubber hangars and the use of either spring bolts or a flex pipe. It needs to be supported.

You can repair that thing... I think its the best design going for h2b street cars. But I will say the marterial is way too thin. Its rediculous cause its guarnteed to crack sooner or later. OEM lasts forever.

My previous header was Bisimoto. It broke and generally sucked. Ill take the high end over it.

You always need a flex pipe or spring bolts. Espescially with stiff engine mounts. If the header doesnt break, the exhaust itself will snap. Ive learned this the hard way.

They seem to all be cracking in that same place. Mine has already started to crack on that same weld, after a dyno session and 1 time at the track and im open header. Also have another one at the shop doing the same thing in the same place, but we are just going to have it welded back up, to much hassle to try and send back, etc...Still a great header

lol I'm not a d*** rider I'm just saying, if you have stiff motor mounts and are running open header, the header doesn't have any way to flex and it WILL break eventually...

like i said flex pipe or not, cracks/breaks within two days or a week like this one did? thats just retarded... esp. when it costs around 400 bucks for the damn header. i mean if it was like a cheap *** ebay header, then i wouldnt complain... they need better welds period for that price. anyways GL to all who is using this piece of crap header... im never dealing with logic or highend

on my first straight h22 high end header one of the welds had cracked, even though i was using a flex pipe on my exhaust.

Now i have h2b one, i do plan to dyno open header soon. Now i'm scared of running it open header with all these cracking welds stuff.

I think its been proven that these things are weak. Too thin, and there probably isnt a whole lot of quality control going on. But you're missing the point... Any exhaust will fail without some kind of flex/pivot/spring point. This can happen in 5 minutes.

I'm no welder' but I heard somewhere when you weld something the welds are stronger than the material' if welded properly and prepped well before welding that is. IfSo why didn't it break on the metal instead maybe we can get a welder to chime in?

header fits great and makes power but poor quailty. I dont care if you hook up a flex pipe or leave it open exaust they crack and break. Its cheap china metal and the welds look good but there ****. I have two on cars right now cracked in the same place. Stop blaming people , everybody is not wrong and has not installed the header wrong . blame logic and let them figure it out . There the ones making the big bucks off the header. Lets see how much they care .
