Default Can't find fuel pump fuse 1990 civic

I just bought a 1990 civic DX with a D16y7 engine. It had a lot of problems when I got it. The guy before me did a wire tuck and did it all wrong and I had to rewire half the car. Now my fuel pump went out and I can't find the fuel pump fuse to save my life. There isn't a fuse panel above the hood release where it should be. I know that It could be anywhere but I looked in the obvious spots and can't find it. Does anyone know where I should look to find my fuel pump fuse or the whole box itself? It is also giving me a check engine light. I have OBD1 and I jumped the blue wire that dangles above the ECU and the light won't blink at me. Not sure why it does that either but I doubt its related.
