Default Awd eg!

So with the crv and element transmission the gear ratio is 4.765 and the rear differential on the s2000 can be uped to 4.77 am I right? How many of you think with a custom gear set I could get these ratios the same or close enough to use and can anybody point me to a shop that will cut these gears?

Yeah it has been done but is not seen much and it is cool. There is a point to AWD and that is traction.

So.... Youre new, and dont know how to search. Got it. Derp

OP... I have a Wagon setup sitting in my shed and a rare Euro EG AWD trans (think its for a d series though).

It belongs to my roomate. There is talk of a H2D AWD setup in a coupe, however rather just get rid of it all. I already have 1 problem car. Another buddy is almost done with his 500 WHP (Well, It dynoed FWD 500 WHP) 86 SI... Yes. 86 Hatch.

CRV trans, rear end and a whole lot of redneck engineering.

im not new. my log in is new. i been around HT for quit sometime. ive had a log in here at HT since 04, i got out the honda scene for 2 years and stopped coming on HT and so my old log in was deleted. anyways, im doubtful this guy (origianal poster) will even attempt to do this. just because its been done, people get courage and want to attempt it themselves and post things on HT saying that they are gonna start on project and then it dies out and never gets done. so

IM DOUBTFUL it will begin and if it does, "lets see a build thread from him". from the OP that is... if he starts one then ill subscribe, if not then hes just all talk.

and ive seen threads before of AWD wagovans and crx and what not in the past and its just not my style. this is a forum and i am entitled to my opinon and to me AWD hondas are pointless.

Thanks man, I really didn't think about that. But the K series and F 20 and 22 rotate counterclockwise, right?
