Icon3 00 Accord Problem- Tech help please!

Hello all you guru's out there! My wife has a 2000 accord v6 auto. It has about 140k on it and not kinda of timing belt or 100k tune up done it that I know of. Yesterday, she was driving on the highway at about 75 and all the sudden the car was unable to accelerate with the pedal to the floor and declined only to about 40. she pulled over and turned off the car waited a few minutes and started again and drive fine. She got off the highway and got a few street lights up and the car shuttered, and cut off. I arrived on the scene and it would not start at all. It sounded like it wanted to start (kinda like a bad starter). Battery is fine. all fluids are full. i turned off her ac and radio. Waited a few seceonds and it started right back up and drove fine home a few blocks ups. There are no check engine lights or anything to get read. Every once and a while it feels like the car struggles to shift but its rare and far in between. Not sure where to start with this. Tranny or could it be jumping timing? Please let me know from the pros. You guys always stear me in the right direction. Thanks for any help any of you can provide. You all are life savers.

If it jumped timing, it would be running bad all the time. It doesn't get better. You need to see if its fuel or electrial related.

Possible clogging fuel filter or bad fuel pump.

It does not have a fuel filter,
When the car dies check to see if the Green Key Symbol is flashing on the dash. If it is you will need a new Ignition Lock and Cylinder and get your new Keys flashed to match with you old keys.

Can you hear the fuel pump running? I'm thinking of the fuel pump relay maybe.
