Default What could this be?

My engine sort of makes this noise

(not my video)

Happens only when engine is warmed up at around 2000 rpm's i hear a knock or rattle. The video is really close to what my engine seems like.

Car is 97 accord wagon 4cyl with 105,000 automatic.

Thanks

Edit: if you watch the videos and when he revs it by hand you hear that rattle, sounds like mine.

Patience, this kinda thing doesn't happen instantly.

Sounds like that guy in the vid has a bad timing belt tensioner or a bad pulley.

Any recent work done to the car?

Take that timing belt cover off and start the car. Sounds like its coming from the timing belt area.

I forgot to include that it happens at around 2000 rpm or so. So i don't think it would be a bad timing belt tensioner or pulley...

Thanks

What's with your oil cap being off ? The only time I ran my car with my oil cap oil went everywhere. For some reason you're not getting oil anywhere.

If it is happening around 2K rpm, check your EGR system. If it is not working correctly the engine will have a lean misfire and may ping/knock.
