Default are ls/vtec emissiond\s friendly

i want an ls/vtec conversion in my car, but i am worried about emissions

Technically its not emission legal because Honda or Acura never produced an LSvtec.
Emission law says you can transplant a newer motor but will have to include all emision hardware.

But if you had a newer LS block on and older car, I doubt DMV would recognize that the Head on top is a Vtec head.

Assuming it passed visual... will it pass the actual emission test?... that is iffy.

dont worry about it nothing/ no one will find out nor care as long as your not the ONLY person depleting the ozone. youll be fine with that engine
