1993 EX D16Z6 dies when idling.
So this just started yesterday. My1993 EX D16Z6 dies when idling, even after being driven. The car just stalls when there is nothing keeping it at speed. Nothing has changed in the car except the coil, the rotor, cap, and plugs and wires being replaced 2 weeks ago. No CEL's are generated. If I sit there while stopped and keep my foot on the accelerator the car doesnt die. Otherwise, the car idles for a moment or 2 then just stalls.
750 approximately, it drops to 500 for a second. It occasioanlly has a loping idle where it revs up and down from 700 to 1000, but usually idles consistantly. I did clean the IAC about 6 or 8 monthes ago and I couldnt find any vaccuum leaks at that time.
Sounds like the same problem I'm having with my d15b, my throttle linkage came loose and it needs a adjusted. I just haven't had time to fool with it yet

I have this feeling its just something in the distributor since thats the only thing that really changed in the last 3 weeks other than the weather having more rain since then. The car runs fine if your up to speed or holding down the accelerator. Its just the occasional stop or where you're occasionally coasting in neutral to turn into a driveway/parking space.
