95 Accord EX Idles high and rev's when put in park!
When I start my car, it'll idle around 1000, but when I put it in either reverse or drive, it goes down to about 5-600.
I'd drive around the corner, or a couple miles away,
and I put it in park and it'll rev from 750approx to a little over 2000.
Could it be the idle air control valve?
I've replaced almost anything on this car
and Im just hoping I can clean it rather than replace something else.
If someone has anything to say on this, please let me know!

I believe that would be your "Fast Idle" Valve. it's under your intake. Once you take it off, clead w/ Throttle body cleaner, take the 2 screws out of the side & w/ a flat head screw the valve all the way down (it may take a while) it will stop tho, then do a quarter turn back & you should be good to go.

As stated above, it is most likely a vaccum leak. It could arrise from a stuck fast idle thermo valve or stuck idle air control valve. I would try removing and cleaning both these valves with brake cleaner first. Next check all vaccum lines going into the intake manifold for cracks or leaks. I found that spraying carb cleaner works well to detect leaks, however I have heard that it could be a potential fire hazard if it gets on hot parts. Be sure and spray around both the upper and lower intake manifold gaskets as well. I happened to have one on the lower intake manifold gasket that exhibitted similar symptomes to yours. When your engine ingests the carb cleaner it will stutter a lot and usually die. Thats how you know you are in the vicinity of the leak.
Lastly, I have this rough idle diagnosis procedure that the honda dealership printed off for me. Yes it is for the cb chasis, but the vacuum systems are vary similar and the I think FITV is located under the intake manifold on the CD chassis. Sorry, it is kinda hard to read the itallics in some spots. It is basically a systematic way to isolate the possible vacuum leaks that I descibed above. Hope this helps.
