Default Best adjustable one piece-coilovers

so i just got offered a deal on a set of coilovers for my ek hatch....my options our F&F type II's and bwr one piece. anyone have these currently set up or know if ones better then the other. Thanks

One peice doesn't mean ****. I highly reccomend you look at something other than BWR.

I would much rather have gc's on oem struts than bwr of f&f's...keep em till you have the mullah to upgrade for reals...dont skimp for a teenie set-up

F/F's aren't bad. I have type 1's and rather like them. Stay away from BWR, period.

If you already have Ground Control with Koni yellows, don't bother with the trade. Koni/GC are comparable ride wise, and have a better warranty.

I thought bwr was a legitimate suspension. cost the same if not more of other coilovers

BWR is garbage. Wast of money. Dangerous to drive on. Same goes for Racelands/rokkor/ and all that other ****.

In my opinon, no, they are not.

Their track reccord is pretty poor, again in my opinon.

From what I hear the cs-2's are great, they just aren't meant to go low.
