this look like a misunderstanding what am getting from the info posted chapnutz1 you sent sanman000719 $500 but you did not add in the 3% paypal fee so paypal took the 3% out the 500 thats why he only refund you back $485 if you do the math 500x.03=15.00

but when you click issue refund, it simply reverses the transaction. i have done it once before because i had 2 people send me payment for the same item, so i had to issue a refund to one person...call me a scammer that is fine, im glad you put this public but the way you were trying to conduct the transaction was shady, not what i was asking.

i asked you to ship the item, you said not until payment clears into your 'personal bank account'...sorry but that is not how things work, maybe with you but not with me and i am sure many many others, and others here will say the same. when i click send funds, it instantly sends you the money...thus it appears into your paypal account, "you're now paid" and should in essence ship the item. not after you're satisfied with it in your personal account. so now with that money is in your 'personal bank account' and i receive a busted(just saying, not implying you had this intention) M&W cdi box and ask you for a refund and you tell me no and to get fucked, when i put a claim into paypal and say that i win the claim, there is no funds in your account and i get nothing...i sent you $500, and i got a busted M&W, i return it to you and i have ZERO (again, just saying...not implying you had these intentions)

had nothing to do with the fee, it was how he was conducting the transaction-read my post above

i told you that i would not ship you the item untill the paymenty was cleared from paypal and into my account. the shipping was to be taken out of the amount i recieved this is where you had an issue so your money the same amount i got from you 485.20 was refunded to you.

you wnate dme to send you the item before this all cleared and that was not going to happen, and then you asked for a refund and you got it.

i sent you payment, you wanted to get the funds into your 'PERSONAL BANK ACCOUNT' before you shipped, it seems like you're thinking i was asking you to ship before i even sent any funds to you, i sent you $500 to your paypal, you were PAID, are you a ******* idiot or something. i NEVER transfer funds into my 'PERONAL BANK ACCOUNT' before shipping, i dont care what you say, what you were doing was not correct...i sent an agreed amount, and you were trying to hold the item and my funds until it was transferred, from your PAYPAL into your 'PERSONAL BANK ACCOUNT' what dont you get? i wasn't asking for anything out of the ordinary. smh

and let me ask, did you simply click the issue refund icon like i told you to, because it would have refunded me $500. and i have all the pm's as well, make sure you post them ALL cause i most certainly will without any problems if need be.

ok i see what you talking about now but ive been threw the samething with sanman000719 for some id2000 with him not wanting to shipping the item into the money cleared his personal bank account and he did keep to his word after the money cleared his account he shipped the id 2000. Cheapnutz1you did not have to worry about getting scammed as long as you did not send the money as a gift you could of got you money back if you did not get your item by reporting a transaction problem as long as it was within 45 days of the payment

cheapnutz1 dont get me wrong what you say is the way i go about selling things to people as soon as i get the money threw paypal i ship the item out and if sanman000719 did not tell you that he would need to transfer the money to his personal bank account before he shipped the item then that was unfair on your behalf

i know that i could have done that, but that 'what IF' came into play...what if i didn't get the item, or if i received a busted M&W, or something that was not what i was expecting. with the 'funds' now safely in his 'PERSONAL BANK ACCOUNT' and i open a claim for any of the above reasons, and i 'WIN' the claim i get ZERO back...that was what i was trying to explain to this dude but he is too thick headed to understand, one the funds are transfered to you ship the **** to me...END OF STORY, do whatever you want with it as long as you ship my item in a timely manner...dont tell me to wait because you want the funds in your personal bank account first, im not getting burnt sorry

the funds is an immediate transfer, there is no 3-4 days to clear...i had the funds available in my paypal...if you're referring to it takes 3-5 days to clear into your bank account, that is not how it works. sorry

even if you did not get the item after he transfered the money to his account paypal would of still refund you back your money as long as you filed a claim before 45 days. also if you did get the item in it was busted you could still file a claim to get your money back as long as you provide paypal with a tracking number saying you shipped the item back to him

it has happened to before, the person i opened a claim against had zero funds in their account so i got a nothing, lost my money and didn't get what i had paid for...looking out for myself. i have a 3 yr old little girl, and i work to hard for my money

actually i dont have it back yet, its 'PENDING' and wont be back into my account until October 3...you're wrong AGAIN son

and answer my question, did you click the refund button or just send the funds back to me...if you simply clicked refund, it would have simply reversed the transaction and i would have gotten my full $500 back...but if you look at your pic you posted it shows your transferring money from your bank to your paypal...now i have to wait for my money back...and you're saying i am the scammer

sanman000719 to me you come off as a good person and you did keep to your word but in the future you need to let the buyer know that you need to transfer the money into your account before you ship the item before they send you there money not after so you never have to go threw this again
