Am looking out for a Ball bearing turbo.

Prefer a AR around 0.70 - 0.96, external wastegate would be perfect.

Not looking for something too big, need to make 400-450hp max on a 2300cc motor.

Prefer something used with a few miles on it, got a budget of 700$
