did you check all four speakers? and the connections at the back of the cd player? if all that checks out and still no sound, check your antenna, unless your playing a cd.

UH are these speakers running off a amplifier? or just the deck? If just deck i would double check all the wires behind the deck. if they check out ok then get a new one

Get a diagram of the positive and negative speaker wires behind the radio. Use a 1.5 volt battery and touch the negative and positive ends to the battery. If the speaker makes a poping sound then that tells you the wiring is good. Then if you have a volt meter set it measure ohms and connect the positive and negative leads of each speaker ( one speaker at a time ) to the meter. It should read about 4 ohms no more than 8 ohms. If it reads less or more then the speakers are bad if it is between 3.5 to 8 ohms they are ok replace the deck!

quick test to see if its the deck. grab a aa battery, put the + and - on the ends of the speaker wire. hear for a pop. wont hurt the speaker but will tell u if its the deck or the speaker/wiring.
