Default turbo questions

I have a 95 del Sol VTEC(b16a3). I was just wondering if any of you know much about turbos. I'm really new to it, and I need some help with some stuff. First off, I was looking at different turbo kits and the best ones I saw was the FMAX turbo kit and the Drag Generation 3 kit. The fmax seems to be better, but its about $800 more than the Drag kit, anyone know a place to buy the fmax kit for cheaper? or is the drag kit good enough? or is there a better kit for about $3000 or so. And the last thing is, what is nessasary to run boost, maybe 8 or 9 psi? (for right now) Or if not nessasary, what would be a good thing to have? thanks for your help.

although most of these guys can help you here i wouldn't count on them doing it. try posting this in the forced induction category and you will get many responses. and as usual try a search, there is usually lots of threds about everything on this site.
