Im getting old and thinking about selling my R. Not sure in what range should i ask for it.

its a 2000 ITR PY 507 clean title with 43k on it 100% Stock. im the second owner of this car and have had this car since 2002. the body is a 8 from 1-10. small dents from over the time 10 being flawless from the dealer.

im think about $15,000. or $20,000 with the extras which are limited to 4 sets 16x7 volk time attack wheels Brand New. optional oem lip kit, optional Type R Trunk Mat., Jdm SRS type r stearing wheel

 

stock with low mileage like that should get you closer to $18k.

OT but I also have a set of the TA's. I was told only 5 sets. I wonder what the count really is....just curious.

If you do end up parting some stuff, I would be interested in the lip kit. Keep missing them when they pop up!!

its only worth 5k... and sell it to me .... but yeah its deff. in the 15-18k depends on how fast u want to sell it

the reason i responded as such is because its how i feel about mine..




why get rid of it if ill never get back what i put into it? makes more sense to hold on to it..

 

sell the extras . separately. list the car on ebay for 15k and see what happens. you're better off either doing a buy it now or min bid of 15k. if you do a reserve most folks will dismiss it as they have no idea what you want.

it's a nice low mileage car. just getting to be fewer and fewer people into these cars. for the most part integras attract dirtbags which is why the itr is such a theft magnet.

it may take awhile to sell but someone age 25-40 will probably be where it goes. they will likely be honda fanatics and cherish the car

come to think about it..didn't i sell you some stock itr parts? was it an airbox?

 

im going to take some pics and post them on the itr for sale thread and see what happens.

 

im might just keep the mat and lip kit. it might help hold value on the car.

 

 

i duno about that. it sounds more like a driver. investment cars are generally under 10k miles with no dings what so ever. those are the cars people pay 20k for

 

i dont think anybody would change their offering on your car with or with out those parts. if i were you i would squeeze another 800-1000 out of the buyer for leaving the parts on. 400 for the trunk mat and 600 for the lip kit is not far fetched.

 

Or until you post pics you might just be using this forum to "feel" current market pricing and owners values.
