97 GSR with ITR engine build for sale

I have been into building cars, especially Hondas for over 6 years, and love doing it. Now moving on with my life, I am here selling my 1997 Integra GSR. The vehicle history is as follows:
I have owned it since May 31st, 2008 and I am the second owner. In late fall of 2008 I began a rebuild of the engine, building it with ITR parts. The engine had approximately 126,3xx miles on it when I pulled the motor out and started the build. Once the motor had been torn down completely, everything was measured and checked, and found to be within specification limits. After the build was complete, the motor went back into the car in May of 2009. It currently has approximately 35k miles on it, and still runs strong and runs smooth. Everything used to build the motor was bought new from the factory (Acura or Honda) or bought new from reputable aftermarket manufacturers. Before the build, the motor was a factory b18c1 with no modifications.

-LS Wheels (came with the car)
-Body in decent condition. Has a few minor scratches, and normal wear, but overall body an paint in good condition for 15 year old car

-Pioneer remote security system with LCD screen on remote (Never installed, still new in box. Can sell with car)
-Factory gauge cluster modified with orange bulbs and needles painted yellow to replicate JDM ITR cluster
