92 SI eingine harness issues.
I have a 92 SI that orginally had an auto trans. I swapped it for a 5 speed. I also swapped the engine harness from the 93 doner car. The harness plugged right up with no issues. However it is not running correctly. Can anyone tell me if a manual harness will pin out the same as the automatic harness? I am getting code that I didn't have before the swap, 7.41.and 14.
