What is your budget? Are you looking for just lower or lower + stiffer? What wheels are on it?

Your budget controls a lot of it. You may want to look on the forums, craigslist, or another local Honda forum for some used ones if that is closer to your budget but be careful with used parts.

If you're looking for stiffer as well you may want to go for coilovers or at least coil sleeves so you get better performance as well, but if you just want form than there is no point.

Your wheels/how low you want to go dictate if you will need a camber or not.

And also state the purpose for the car.
A little autocross. Solid daily. Or just trying to hardpark with your boys.

And don't say it isn't a problem or I'll just tell you to buy the first piece of Ebay crap you lay eyes on because it sounds like you don't have a clue when you say that. If you actually don't have an idea then say so and I'll tell you to read this
CLICK HERE all of you curious about suspension setups and their costs/reliability.
because this is where you go when you don't have a clue.

well for right now i have a small budget of 7 bills and i been looking into tokico shocks w/ skunk2 springs. what i want to do is lower the car and get better handling also plus this is gonna be a daily driver car from work to home and to school. one of my friends told me that i might need a camber kit so my control arms wont hit the inner fender
